📜 OFFICIAL RULES – UndrDog Gold Bar Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZES AWARD.

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES

The UndrDog Gold Bar Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Undrdog, LLC (the “Sponsor”), located at 1631 Del Prado Blvd. S Suite 300 Cape Coral, FL 33990. The terms “you” or “your” mean the person to whom a Prize (as defined below) is issued upon satisfaction of the official rules set forth in this Sweepstakes. Redemption of the Prize is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Sweepstakes “Official Rules”. Sweepstakes participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

The Sweepstakes will begin on June 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and conclude on december 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”). 

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, except for Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrant(s)”). Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’, and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or receive a Prize (as defined below). 
The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sweepstakes is void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. Participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the Prize constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. 

3. HOW TO ENTER

There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate in the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. There are two (2) methods of entry in this Sweepstakes (each an “Entry”). Entrants must enter via either method of entry below to enter this Sweepstakes.
a) With Purchase:
Every purchase of an UndrDog shirt made during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes.
Approximately one (1) in every one hundred (100) orders sold will be randomly packaged with a one (1) gram gold bar. Not all purchases will come with a prize. Purchase Entries are limited to one (1) Entry per qualifying purchase.

b) Without Purchase (Alternate Method of Entry or “AMOE”):
To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in Entry must be received by June 30, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in Entry per person. Duplicates will be discarded. Neither Sponsor nor any Released Party (defined below) is responsible for any Entry that is lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, undeliverable, or otherwise delayed. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. All entries submitted shall become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other unauthorized methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. All entries are subject to verification by Sponsor.

This Sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored, or administered by Facebook or Instagram, and each Entrant hereby releases each of those parties from any and all liability in connection herewith.

4. PRIZES &ODDS

The Prize consists of (1) 1g .9999 fine gold bar. A total of up to 10,000 Prizes are available to be won. The number of Prizes actually awarded depends on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The approximate retail value of each Prize is $200 USD based on spot market price at the time of launch. The total approximate retail value of all available Prizes is $2,000,000 USD.
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received.  Limit one (1) mail-in Entry per person. Purchase entries are limited to one (1) Entry per qualifying purchase. Mail-in entries and purchase entries have an equal chance of winning per Entry.

Prizes are limited and will be awarded while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value if the Prize should become unavailable for any reason. No substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions of prizes permitted, except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion or required by law. 

The Prize Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes arising from receipt, possession, acceptance or use of the Prize, if applicable.  No more than the number of Prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.  The number of Prizes available to be won will diminish as they are awarded during the Promotion Period.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

All eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, whether submitted through a qualifying purchase or through the mail-in AMOE, will have an equal opportunity to receive a Prize. Prizes are awarded on a random basis and fulfilled while supplies last.

For entrants who made a purchase to enter the Sweepstakes, approximately one (1) out of every one hundred (100) eligible orders will randomly receive a Prize, which will be fulfilled by inclusion of a 1g gold bar inside the UndrDog shirt package delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.

For entrants who enter through the mail-in AMOE, all eligible mail-in entries received by December 31, 2026 will be included in periodic random prize allocations conducted by the Sponsor during the Promotion Period. AMOE Prize Winners will be notified by email and/or mail within a reasonable time after selection, while supplies last.

Timing of receipt of Prizes will vary. If a notice or a Prize is returned as “undeliverable” and a valid alternate address for the Prize Winner cannot be verified, or the Prize Winner declines to accept the Prize, the respective Prize Winner forfeits his or her right to the Prize, Sponsor shall have no obligation to such individual, and such Prize will not be awarded.

6. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes (if any) on the prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient, including without limitation federal, state and local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof. If the value of your prize equals or exceeds $600, UndrDog may require a completed W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099.  

7. PRIVACY

Information collected from Entrants will only be used to administer the promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy, located at https://undrdog.com/policies/privacy-policy 

8. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Administration: The Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time for any reason without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Sweepstakes is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Agreement holder from participating in this Sweepstakes for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules or any other questions concerning this Sweepstakes will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Sweepstakes or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
General Conditions: Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and conduct the Sweepstakes in a manner which in its sole discretion is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify or reject any incomplete, inaccurate or false entry. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SPONSOR'S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS. 

Release and Waiver of Liability: By redeeming this Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, and any of its respective affiliates, parents, partners, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, retailers, suppliers, distributors directors, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives and agents, (collectively, the “Released Parties” and each a “Released Party”) from and against any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes;and (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of the Prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Sweepstakes-related activity, including those damages caused by the Sponsor’s own negligence. The Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of the Prize. The manufacturer’s limited warranty shall apply, and no other warranty, representation or guarantee is provided to the winner. 

Publicity: In consideration of the Prize, each individual hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of such individual’s name, photograph, likeness (including his/her voice), biographical information and statements concerning the Sweepstakes, in any and all advertising, Sweepstakes and other publicity conducted by the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, without further notice, payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of participants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.
Dispute Resolution: You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”, Title 9 of the United States Code) under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association;the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration;and Judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You have a right to opt-out of this arbitration provision. If you do not agree to this mandatory arbitration provision with regard to this Sweepstakes, then within thirty (30) days from the date of your Entry, you may opt-out of this, and only this, part of the Official Rules by notifying the Sponsor of such opt-out request by providing written notice and mailing such notice to: UndrDog Hemp Gold Bar Sweepstakes – Winner/Rules (please specify which), 1631 Del Prado Blvd. S Suite 300 Cape Coral, FL 33990. Any opt-out received after the thirty- (30) day time period will be invalid, and you must pursue your claim, if any, via arbitration pursuant to these Official Rules. Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, if any, and in no event shall you be entitled to received attorney’s fees or other legal costs or expenses. In the event that you opt-out of this mandatory arbitration provision, any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a federal or state court located in Fulton County, Georgia. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

Miscellaneous: No waiver of any of the provisions of these Official Rules shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Official Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
